1. Competitions and Promotions
Any competitions run via social media will have a specified end date. Once this end date has passed, the competition or offer will be expired from use.
Any pricing listed on flyers, posters, letters, or other promotional materials will be subject to change at any time unless explicitly stated on the flyer with an end date.
Any price discounts mentioned in promotional materials must be redeemed within three months of receipt, unless otherwise stated.
2. Booking Fees
A booking fee may apply if a key is left for access and no one is present to make payment at the time of service (e.g., leaving a key under the mat).
3. Storing of Your Information
We may retain your information in our systems to ensure the highest level of customer service, which may involve marketing and advertising purposes. By scheduling a service with us, you acknowledge your consent for us to utilise this information. Should you prefer not to have your information stored for marketing purposes, you can opt-out of marketing communications at any time by contacting us via email at ProCarpetSolutions@hotmail.com.
4. Cancellation Charges
By booking an appointment, you agree to our cancellation policy:- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
5. Additional Pricing and Costs for Services
5.1 Quotes:
All quotes are based on a general deep clean. If the cleaning requirements differ during your visit, it will be discussed before the clean starts.
Additional costs will apply for specialised cleans, including clean-ups involving human or pet waste, vomit, or blood.
A supplementary fee of £30 per room applies to cleans involving vomit, urine, or faeces.
For cleans related to blood, pricing will be discussed and quoted accordingly.
5.2 Carpets:
Our prices are based on standard sizes rooms of 3x4 meters (12m2).
Any larger areas will be discussed at the time of booking or during your visit.
5.3 Stairs & Hallway:
Additional staircases maybe charged an extra £20 each.
5.4 Upholstery:
N/A
5.5 Flats:
Ground Floor: £0 - No charge
Lift Access: An additional £10 charge will be incurred due to additional setup time.
1st floor: An additional £20 charge will be incurred due to additional setup time.
2nd floor: An additional £25 charge will be incurred due to additional setup time.
3rd floor: An additional £30 charge will be incurred due to additional setup time.
4th floor: An additional £35 charge will be incurred due to additional setup time.
6. Media Permission
By default, you grant us permission to take photos and videos of the work carried out at your property. These may be used for social media, advertising, and promotional purposes. We take care to avoid capturing personal photographs or sensitive items, focusing solely on the cleaned areas. If you do not wish for photos or videos to be taken, please inform us before the cleaning begins.

We may update this policy. Check the "Last Updated" date to see when changes were last made.
