2. Booking Fees

Due to a rise in last-minute cancellations, a £50 non-refundable booking fee will now be required for all appointments. 

This fee will be deducted from your total on the day of your clean.


This helps protect my business and ensures appointment slots are used fairly and efficiently. Here’s how it works:


1. If you need to reschedule with more than 48 hours’ notice:

No problem at all! Your booking fee will be transferred to your new appointment at no extra cost as long as the new date is within 7 days of your original booking date.


2. If you reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice:

The original booking fee is non-refundable, and a new fee will be required to secure a different slot


3. If no booking fee has been paid and the appointment is cancelled by yourself:

A £50 cancellation fee will be payable. If I am able to fill your slot with another booking, this fee will be refunded back to you.


3. Storing of Your Information

We may retain your information in our systems to ensure the highest level of customer service, which may involve marketing and advertising purposes. By scheduling a service with us, you acknowledge your consent for us to utilise this information. Should you prefer not to have your information stored for marketing purposes, you can opt-out of marketing communications at any time by contacting us via email at ProCarpetSolutions@hotmail.com.

Our prices are based on standard sizes rooms of 4x4 meters (16m2).

Any larger areas will be discussed at the time of booking or during your visit.


4.3 Stairs & Hallway: 

Additional staircases maybe charged an extra £20 each.


4.4 Flats:

Ground Floor: £0 – No charge

Lift Access: +£10 

1st Floor: +£20 

2nd Floor: +£25 

3rd Floor: +£30 

4th Floor: +£35 

(Additional charges reflect the extra setup time required for higher floors.)



5. Media Permission

By default, you grant us permission to take photos and videos of the work carried out at your property. These may be used for social media, advertising, insurance and promotional purposes. We take care to avoid capturing personal photographs or sensitive items, focusing solely on the cleaned areas. If you do not wish for photos or videos to be taken, please inform us before the cleaning begins.



6. Results & Limitations

At Pro Carpet Solutions we take every reasonable step to achieve the best possible results when cleaning all types of soft furnishings and floor coverings, including carpets, rugs, upholstery, mattresses and similar items. We achieve excellent results in the vast majority of cases; however, there will always be a small number of situations where complete removal of marks, stains, odours or soiling cannot be achieved.

This is usually due to the nature of the carpet fibre or fabric. For example, polypropylene (plastic) carpets generally allow stronger cleaning agents to be used, often resulting in a better finish. In comparison, wool carpets must be cleaned with “Wool Safe” chemicals, which can limit the achievable result, unless the customer specifically agrees to the use of alternative products.
